Grant Associates Chartered Quantity Surveyors was founded in Chichester in May 1978 and soon became established providing quantity surveying/cost management services to a blend of private and public sector organisations both large and small.

The practice continued to grow and changed legal status to trade as Grant Associates (Chichester) Limited in 2010.
