Born 1956 - Educated at St. Philip Howard High School, Barnham, Chichester College of Further Education and Southampton College of Technology. Trained with a local Private Practice from 1974 and after sixteen years moved to Grant Associates. Became a Partner in 2000 and a Director of Grant Associates (Chichester) Limited in 2010.

Born 1949 - Educated at Chichester High School, Chichester College of Further Education, Willesdean College of Technology and Hammersmith College of Art and Building. Trained with a multi-disciplinary practice in Worthing before moving to Private Practice in London where a further fifteen years experience was gained on a wide variety of prestigious building and major civil engineering contracts. Elected an Associate of the Charted Institute of Building in 1981. Joined Grant Associates in 1984 and became an Associate in 1986, a Partner in 2005 and a Director of Grant Associates (Chichester) Limited in 2010.

Born 1952 - Educated at Merchant Taylors’ School Crosby. Trained at Liverpool College of Building and Manchester College of Building. Worked for Durham County Council and several northern Private Practices. Elected a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1982, subsequently elected Fellow in 1992. Became the London based partner of a Liverpool practice in 1987. Started own Chichester based practice in 1996. Joined Grant Associates in 2002 and became an Associate in 2003, a Partner in 2005 and a Director of Grant Associates (Chichester) Limited in 2010.
